My foundation as a Registered Nurse began in Labor & Delivery 10 years ago. As a Certified Birth Doula, I'm passionate about providing personalized support to expectant families throughout their pregnancy, labor and postpartum journey.  I allow my clients the space to create a customized birth experience of their choice, within safe reason. My goal is to empower my clients and their families with knowledge and support, to enable them to make informed decisions about their birth and postpartum journey.

Experienced labor support for a calm and empowering birth experience.

 

I can help you feel comfortable and supported during labor by providing massages, encouraging frequent position changes and breathing techniques.

Postpartum Support

Comprehensive postpartum support to ease the transition into Parenthood. 

 

I can help with breastfeeding technique, provide information about infant development and even spend time with the newborn so the parents can get a good night's rest.
